Xavier’s Family Child Care LLC was established in 2006 by Janelle C. Golden, who is now the Director and Teacher of our center. Our vision has always been to create an environment which promotes and enhances a balanced setting for our families, with the motto “Creativity Is Fun!”
Our location is in the heart of Drexel University and University of Pennsylvania, allowing us to offer the amenities often found in larger daycare centers
We offer a friendly, creative learning environment to enhance developmental stages of our children, with studies in Math, Reading, Science, Art, Movement, and Field Trips.
We are also proud to be able to affiliate with AFEL (Actions For Early Learning) under the direction of Drexel University. This affiliation has helped us tremendously with their community outreach program, quality coaches, and neighborhood services, which altogether enhance the quality and experiences we offer to our beloved children.
Another program that we affiliate with Drexel University is the CLI (Children’s Literacy Initiative). The program promotes literacy for children’s early learning environment, helping our children become better readers and encouraging them to read before Elementary level.
